Miami-Dade Judge Milton Hersh accepts a misdemeanor plea deal for two men charged with raping a teenager in 2002 and selling video of it on OnlyFans. The victim's attorney, Joshua Novak, says he cannot believe the three felony counts of sexual battery for both men were dropped since the video clearly shows she was forcibly raped. The victim, identified as Jane Doe, filed a civil suit against Fenix Internet, LLC, the parent company of OnlyFans and the two defendants. Novak unsuccessfully argued she has constitutional rights to have a say in the plea offer under Marcy's Law.
